The location is fantastic, being very close to both Bournemouth and Boscombe. The house is conveniently located near a supermarket, the train station, and the beach. Plus, it's just a 5-minute walk to Sprinkles Gelato.

it was perfect in general: clean room, absolutely perfect location really close to transport and convenience store, shopping area, and railway station, beach and a lovely walk into bournemouth centre. we greatly enjoyed to be there, they offer a coffee/tea maker, flat-screen television and a dining area. having a walk-in shower was great. the window was facing street. kitchen was available for us to cook.

The kitchen had everything we needed for our Christmas cooking, including pots, pans, and even a washer/dryer. the location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and the Main pier/shopping area. We also loved having a Co-op right downstairs for any last-minute supplies we needed.

The proximity to the beach was a major plus, just a short walk away, allowing us to spend lots of time enjoying the sun and sand.

The bathroom was quite small and not very wheelchair-friendly, making it difficult to maneuver. the sofa bed was uncomfortable and not ideal for relaxing on.

My stay at this apartment was excellent value for money, with a comfortable and well-equipped room. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance, and the staff, especially my host Gail, were extremely helpful and friendly.

The only improvement I would suggest for breakfast items is to provide a wider selection of options.

We also enjoyed the free Netflix and WiFi. Despite being in an apartment block, it was surprisingly quiet.

The shower was a bit temperamental, sometimes running hot or cold.

The nearest airport was conveniently close, which meant I could get away from this noisy and cramped place quickly. The free WiFi was a silver lining in an otherwise disappointing stay. And oh, having an ATM in the vicinity was definitely a lifesaver.

Who needs a spacious room and comfortable amenities when you can have a tiny bathroom and an uncomfortable sofa/bed? Not me, apparently.

The lovely kitchen had all the necessary amenities for self-catering. the host provided useful information and went out of her way to help us. the building was quiet, perfect for a peaceful stay. We will definitely return.
